“your” practice.

Yoga is all about creating and strenghtening a loving connection between our body and our mind.

Maybe you’re quite new to it. Maybe you are coming back after
a break, or stepping out of Yoga on YouTube and into the real world.

Busy studio classes can be intimidating and downright off-putting for a multitude of reasons. Whatever the reason is, there is NEVER
a wrong reason to come to the mat.

  • A 60 minutes class all to yourself - or perhaps you and your partner, or a friend. I offer a free 15 mins chat to see what I help you with. Classes can be booked one at a time or as convenient packets of 5 or 10 and are valid for 6 months.

  • Introducing yoga on the workplace has proved to be enormously beneficial for staff wellbeing. I offer 45 or 60 minutes sessions tailored to the needs of your team - maybe a dynamic vinyasa practice to improve flexibility after many hours spent sitting at a desk, or a Yin and Meditation practice to help with stress. Sessions can take place in a designated space in your offices or in a rented yoga studio nearby if available.

  • A workshop is the perfect space to delve deeper into the theory and practice of yoga - and have fun while doing so!

    These 2 hours one-off events are the perfect chance to ask questions and take your time to play around on the mat, with no rush. You’ll come away with useful tips and tricks and renewd inspiration.
